Sutama always had a great story to share and he was able to answer all the questions we had during our 5 day trip in Bali. Sutama even provided us money when we ran out during one of our adventures. There is so much great things I can say about Sutama, great to talk to (English), amazing driver, very patient, and just a great person overall, but the one we cherished the most is his ability to make us feel safe in his care. He was very courteous and always willing to go out of his way to make sure we were well taken cared of. And He definitely took care of us and made our trip in Bali truly a highlight of our newlywed vacation. Recommending him with highest rating is quite easy to make. We had a list of places we wanted to see and he suggested a few others after asking about our preferences. Our teenager loved the bird park suggested by Ketut. The best part was how he only provided the choices but never pushed us to choose any of them. We had ventured to the Monkey forest on our own on the first day of our arrival (using the free shuttle service from our hotel) and were a bit traumatized by a monkey who wouldn’t let go of my dress. So when we went to Uluwatu, Ketut accompanied us the entire duration. He always offered to take our pictures and we have some great family pictures - thanks to his photography skills. The car was in great condition and his driving skills were superb. I would highly recommend his service for anyone who requires an English speaking driver.
